First, it is important to note that this Diagnostic journey is a prelude to any Coaching journey you may begin with our Team. But be rest assured that not only will these assessments provide you with a detailed report that helps you truly appreciate your current state of being they will also provide an opportunity for you to holistically begin your journey to wholeness.

ABOUT OUR TEAM:

Our team are members of the Institute of Family Engineering and Development, and as such, trained practitioners in Family Systems Engineering approach to pre-marriage& marriage counselling, family coaching as well as Family Vision/Mission Development. They have also undergone vigorous training with our Lead Coach in the art of Self and Relationship Diagnostics and will be providing a unique, yet globally recognized Diagnostic Report that is thorough and incredibly therapeutic.

This report will be reviewed and certified by the Lead Coach, Aameenah Yunus-Ali, a Master-Practitioner of Family Systems Engineering and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

THE TERMS

PAYC offers you a maximum of 80% discount on all our assessment protocols in 4 categories:
  1. Parenting 
  2. Marriage
  3. Self Evaluation
  4. Singleness
  5. Adolescent Introductory Assessment
Each of these categories have their strategically curated number of assessments that rigorously explores what is true to your current state. 
 
This means that each category of assessments affords you a maximum of 80% of our current charges but you can choose to pay more (however, not less).

NUMBER OF CATEGORIES

You can also only choose a maximum of 2 categories of assessment to still be eligible for the discount. This means if you choose Parenting and Adolescent Introductory Assessments, you are still eligible for 80% discount on each of these assessments but if you add Marital, you will need to pay at least 50% of the original value, on the 3rd assessment of your choice.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All sessions, including Diagnostic protocols, at TSi, as well as all the preliminary information you share are protected by strict confidentiality laws enforced by both the Certification Board governing our Certifications and the Lagos State law in addition to the Federal Government Counselling and Psychotherapy Bill. This means that, without your written consent and permission, we cannot reveal whether or not you are a client of ours and cannot discuss any information from your diagnostic sessions with any third party. 

In every circumstance requiring 3rd party disclosure, you would require a court order, even in circumstances in which you, the client, request such disclosure (e.g. court case, insurance claim etc)

ISSUANCE OF REPORT

Your report will be issued directly to the email address provided and will be in PDF format. The report may also take a minimum of 7 days to be available due to the thorough process of preparing them. Please note also that your report will only be sent once payment has been confirmed.

AFTER THE DIAGNOSTIC PROCESS

You are entitled to one debrief session which is part of your Diagnostic protocol. This will be taken by an Attending Coach indicated on your report and scheduled within 3-4 days of your report availability.  Not following through with your Debrief Session does not inviolate our part of this terms but may require you to retake the assessment if not concluded within 6 months of your report availability and this will dismiss the Discount provided.
